Images on our site are representative; coloration and size may vary due to lighting, environment, and natural growth.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed through our official website.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship corals and livestock using overnight or express delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Customers must be present at the shipping address on the day of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reefverse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee if the following conditions are met:

Someone is available to receive and sign for the package upon the first delivery attempt.

You notify us of any issues with photos of the deceased coral within 2 hours of delivery.

Replacement or store credit will be provided at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns.

Non-livestock items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for researching coral care requirements before purchase.

Reefverse is not liable for losses due to improper acclimation, unsuitable tank conditions, or lack of care.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Reefverse and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from livestock purchases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
