Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Reefverse! We take great care in packing and shipping your order to ensure your corals and products arrive safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Methods

  • All live corals are shipped overnight or express service to minimize transit time.

  • Dry goods and non-livestock items may ship via standard ground shipping.

  • Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location.


2. Shipping Schedule

  • Orders containing live corals typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

  • We will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date.

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the intended ship date.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

  • Free shipping promotions (when offered) will be clearly stated on our website.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Live Arrival Guarantee

We stand behind our corals with a Live Arrival Guarantee if the following conditions are met:

  1. Someone is available to receive and sign for the package upon the first delivery attempt.

  2. You provide clear photos of any DOA (dead on arrival) coral within 2 hours of delivery.

  3. Corals remain in the original, unopened packaging until photos are taken.

If all conditions are met, we will issue store credit or replacement coral (when available). Shipping costs are not covered under this guarantee. Each livestock item is eligible for one DOA claim. Once a replacement or store credit has been issued, the guarantee for that item is considered fulfilled.


5. Weather & Carrier Delays

  • We carefully monitor weather conditions to determine the safest ship date.

  • Reefverse is not responsible for losses due to carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or extreme weather events beyond our control.


6. Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer local delivery for customers in Orange and Seminole Counties within a 30-mile radius of Orlando, FL.

  • Local delivery is available on select days and times, which will be arranged after your order is placed.

  • A small delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

  • Orders qualify for Live Arrival Guarantee when someone is available to receive delivery in person.


7. Local Pickup

  • Local customers in the Orlando, FL area may request free local pickup by appointment.

  • Pickup details will be arranged via email after order confirmation.


8. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to accept delivery.
