Refund policy

At Reefverse, we take great care to ensure our corals and products arrive healthy and in excellent condition. Because we sell live animals, we have special policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review carefully before placing your order.
1. Live Coral Sales

All live coral sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live coral due to the stress and risks involved in shipping.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee (see Shipping Policy) covers you in case of DOA (dead on arrival) corals, provided you follow the required steps.
2. Dry Goods & Supplies

Non-livestock items (such as dry goods, supplies, or accessories) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7β10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For DOA claims, refunds will be issued as store credit or a replacement coral (when available). Each livestock item is eligible for one DOA claim. Once a replacement or store credit has been issued, the guarantee for that item is considered fulfilled.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged dry good:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Exceptions

Corals that perish due to acclimation mistakes, improper tank conditions, or customer neglect are not covered.

Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
