Do you ship corals safely?
Yes! We use insulated packaging, heat/cool packs (as needed), and UPS Next Day Air to ensure your corals arrive healthy.
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Absolutely. If a coral arrives DOA, just send us a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery and we’ll issue a credit or replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure the best survival rate for our corals.
How do I acclimate my new coral?
Float the bag for 15–20 minutes, then drip acclimate for 30–45 minutes before adding to your reef.
Can I request specific shipping dates?
Yes! We ship Monday–Wednesday and you can request a preferred ship date at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you accept returns?
Because corals are live animals, we cannot accept returns. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures you’re protected.
